Returns

Bella Blu Designs offers returns for store credit only. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return has been received and approved.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of order fulfillment. Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition

Bella Blu Designs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color when requested within 30 days of the order shipping date, subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Headbands
  • Hair Clips
  • Hair Ties
  • Any items marked FINAL SALE on the product page
  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more
  • Items purchased using Black Friday 50% off promotions
  • Gift Cards

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, email thebellablu@gmail.com with your order number.

If requesting an exchange, please specify the new size or color you would like. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping guidelines.

Return shipping costs $6.99, which will be deducted from your issued store credit.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery of your return for processing. Each item is inspected by our team before store credit is issued. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. The contents of your return must match the items listed on the return packing slip.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact thebellablu@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Afterpay & Shop Pay Orders

Orders placed using Afterpay or Shop Pay are still subject to our store credit only return policy. If an item is returned before installment payments are completed, customers remain responsible for completing their installment payments with the payment provider. Store credit will be issued once the return is approved.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of an emailed digital gift card. Store credit reflects the value of the returned item(s) and does not include original shipping costs. Store credit never expires.
